How it works
- Buy it in your account, with an international card.
- Choose the device or router that will use the IP.
- Open the ports you need.
What's included
- A dedicated Brazilian IP, chosen automatically from those available.
- Up to 10 inbound ports, TCP and UDP.
- Works on the router, to bring the IP to your whole home or office.
- Change the device from your account, once every 30 days.
What you need to know before buying
- Requires an active FortiSafe plan.
- Works only on the servers in Brazil.
- Ports 23, 25, 80, 135–139, 443, 445, 1900 and 11211 cannot be opened. The dedicated IP is not for a mail server or a public website.
- It does not work on the browser extension: the extension goes out another way, which does not use the dedicated IP.
- With a dedicated IP, we keep which device used the address and when, for 1 year after each use. We still do not record the sites you visit, DNS or traffic.
If we run out of addresses, your account shows the waiting list and we let you know when one is free.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I choose the IP number?
- No. The IP is chosen automatically from those available, and it may have been used before by another customer.
- Does it work on iPhone?
- Yes, it works in every FortiSafe app except the browser extension. Buying and managing it (device, ports and renewal) are done on the website, in My account.
- What if I change devices?
- You change it from your account, once every 30 days. Otherwise, contact support.
- Can I use it for a website or email?
- No. Ports 80, 443 and 25 stay closed, and the Terms prohibit mail servers and public services at scale.
