- gov.br and public services that refuse access from outside Brazil.
- Brazilian sites and systems that only open from inside the country.
What about speed, living far away?
The farther you are from São Paulo, the more delay the connection has: from the United States or Europe you'll notice it on video calls and games. There's no other way to get a Brazilian IP — the server has to be in Brazil.
